Days of torrential rain causes massive flooding in Texas in the late May. At least 16 people were killed in Texas and Oklahoma, including four in Houston where floods turned streets into rivers. Hundreds of homes were swept away and thousands were without power. Many people remained missing in Texas after the storms hit the states, causing record floods that destroyed hundreds of homes and swept away bridges.
