Strong Earthquake Shook the Philippines

A 6.2 earthquake struck the Philippines early Tuesday, July 12. The epicenter was
reported to be in Negros, around 360 miles southeast to Manila. According to USGS,
the depth of the quake was about 12 miles. There were no immediate reports of
injuries and damage.
