Hurricane Dora Weakened off the Mexican Coast

Hurricane Dora weakened as it churned in the Pacific Ocean off the northwest coast
of Mexico and was expected to weaken to a tropical storm by Friday, July 22. A
tropical storm warning was in effect for the area from Agua Blanca to Buenavista,
according to the National Hurricane Center.
